At R+R Learning, I (Julie) am committed to protecting your privacy. My mission is to build systems that fuel people rather than burning them out, and that includes treating your personal data with intentionality and respect. I do not sell your information to third parties.

I collect information that you voluntarily provide to me in order to facilitate our work together:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided via my Squarespace contact form or direct email.

  • Marketing Data: If you sign up for my newsletter, your name and email are stored to send you updates and resources.

  • Transaction Data: When you purchase a class or service, payment is processed securely. I do not see or store your full credit card details.

  • Collaboration Data: Information shared during meetings, workshops, or in digital workspaces.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use your data strictly to:

  • Deliver the services, classes, and consultations you request.

  • Communicate regarding our scheduled meetings or project updates.

  • Send occasional newsletters or resources (only if you have opted in).

  • Process payments and maintain business records.

3. My Trusted Tools (Third-Party Processors)

To provide a high-quality experience, I use several industry-standard tools. Each of these providers has its own rigorous security and privacy standards:

  • Squarespace: Hosts this website and provides basic analytics on site usage.

  • Google Workspace: Used for professional email (Gmail), document collaboration (Drive), and occasional video calls (Meet).

  • Stripe: My secure payment processor. They handle all financial data; R+R Learning does not store your banking information.

  • Flodesk: Used to manage my email list and send newsletters. You can opt-out of these at any time using the "unsubscribe" link.

  • Zoom: Used for hosting meetings and classes.

  • Miro: Used for visual collaboration and digital whiteboarding during workshops.

4. Security & Data Retention

I prioritize the security of our "online room." This includes using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on all business accounts and ensuring that shared Miro boards or Google Drive folders are only accessible to authorized participants. I retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill our business contract or meet legal tax obligations.

5. Regional Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Whether you are located in the EU, California, or elsewhere, I respect your rights over your data. Upon request, I will:

  • Provide Access: Show you what data I have about you.

  • Correct/Update: Change any inaccurate information.

  • Delete: Permanently remove your data from my systems (where legal obligations allow).

  • Opt-Out: Immediately remove you from any marketing or mailing lists.
